		<description>Very cool - first time here and nice to see so many familiar names!

I&#039;ve likely got a gazillion comments, but I&#039;ll leave it at only a few for now:

1) I think measurements and emotional feel (on scale of 1-10 where 10 means you FEEL fabulous) are more important than actual weight.  Actual weight can be impacted by something as simple as - I went to the bathroom, or I drank some water, or I&#039;m bloated.
2) I can certainly appreciate both &#039;manly&#039; push-ups, and sit-ups/crunches, however, I&#039;ll add another - full squats (hands/arms go straight down and touch the floor while legs/knees bend and then back up) - these are a killer and shows not only heart/lung capacity, but also strength.  It&#039;s a test based on time (how many can you do in x time) and how long can you go for.

		<description>I am up 11 pounds!  you read that correctly - back to walking 3 miles to 4 miles everyday and hope to be back to swimming next week...I think 5 pounds of it is swelling in my face and most of the rest is swelling around the torn muscle spot in my diaphragm area...It adds so much pressure.  No weight lifting or yoga for about 6 weeks...
I am still on soft foods as the swelling is pressing on my stomach area...
This is awful but I am still working on it.. a bit jealous everyone in my book group has lost over 6 pounds since New Year&#039;s Day...Ah me - this kind of the way it goes for me?
